1 cup milk
2 Tbsp coconut or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup wheat, rye, almond, or your favorite flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp Cinnamon
Blend ingredients and bake on hot griddle at 300 degrees. Serve with berries or sliced bananas.
