Hey kids! Valentine’s Day is a great time to show your pals how much you care for them. Now that I know about the snacks from the Blue Planet, Max and I like to exchange new kinds of Valentines. Chocolate and lollipops? No thank you! We love snacks that come from trees! Check out these Valentine Snacks! Hand out Valentine fruits with funny sayings. Use a printer or hand write notes. Fruit can go into containers, decorative bags, or can be handed out whole (apples, oranges, bananas). Share your fun Snackster Sam-approved Valentines with us in the comments below!
From the founder: When I was in Kindergarten I remember spending a week on Valentines for my classmates and teacher. Every night I worked on painstakingly cutting out intricate heart snowflake designs. It was my idea and I was so excited to share my Valentines. I’ll never forget my teacher’s response. She said, "This is... different." It was! Even at six years old I felt Valentine's Day was about sharing homemade gifts. I was proud of my cards (and I think my mom was, too). Every year after that I made my own Valentines, a tradition I’ve enjoyed passing on to my kids. I know making Valentine's Day cards isn’t for everyone, but candy isn't either! :) Comments are closed.
